Our host hotel, the Scandic Copenhagen is a cool, contemporary hotel with impressive views of the Lakes and Copenhagen skyline. Centrally located, the main shopping areas and Tivoli Gardens are a short stroll away.

With 486 rooms we are one of the largest conference hotels in Copenhagen.. and we are very proud of our meeting facilities! our large and modern conference department has more than 1,500 sqm of very versatile space: there are 16 conference venues and 9 with capacity for 60+. the grand ballroom is up to 1064m2 with perfect access for car launch and room for up to 1,100 delegates.

All venues are equipped with the best it and AV equipment available and of course free wireless internet access for everyone taking part.
