Nic Sancho, Events Director
Nic joined the team in the 2018. Nic is undoubtedly one of our industry’s rising stars and in his previous role helped Malta to sweep up one award after another. He combines ambition with great integrity and has a superb network of suppliers and buyers across Europe. Importantly for us Nic also has a wonderfully easy manner, loves life and laughs readily and is now the proud father of Mila.
Laura Vizan Angus, Event Manager
Laura joined us in January 2020 as Event Manager, bringing with her 10 years’ experience of running events across the globe. She brings another questioning mind to the team and has a true international perspective. Laura is only interested in delivering quality and aims to always set the bar high. She even has a top floor flat! Being Spanish and Scottish, she has a combination of a Latin soul with a friendly spirit – always ready for a fiesta or a ceilidh! She is a bit of an adventure junky: skiing and snowboarding in Scotland, off road go-karting in Arizona, sailing around Thailand and down the Mississippi.
Eloise Kenny, Event Executive
Eloise also joined the team in January 2020 as Event Executive, bringing with her 5 years’ experience of running her own business, tons of enthusiasm and a fabulous can-do attitude. Swapping the countryside for the big city, she is looking forward to building her career in the event’s industry and prides herself on an almost obsessive attention to detail. Eloise is a keen horse rider, having owned her own horse Gisma for 10 years. Sadly not enough room in London, but she makes time to go home and gallop through the fields on a weekend. At 22 she travelled solo right across Canada; one of her best life experiences yet. In her gap year Eloise did Europe: including running with the bulls in Ceret, south of France (fair to say it was behind the barriers), exploring Barcelona and hiking through the Austrian mountains.
We love what we do and we are passionate about exceeding expectations. We really look forward to contributing to the great MICE marketing mix!

Patrizia has over 20 years’ experience working in sales and marketing for some of the world’s most prestigious global luxury hotel brands, including Concorde Hotels and Resorts, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and Rocco Forte Hotels. She has positioned and represented leading hotels from Asia, USA and Europe in key feeder markets in Europe, enabling her to gain unique relationships with key decision makers in all the key markets across Europe.
Renowned for her industry knowledge and her goal driven approach, she was recognised by C&IT Magazine as one of the POWER 50 MICE players in the UK. She has a huge reputation and many devoted followers!
The Luxury Lab is a consultancy and Sales Representation company dedicated to the luxury hotels, resorts and destinations sector.
Through a simple and straightforward approach The Luxury Lab helps to:

The Travel Collection is a Travel Sales, Marketing & PR agency, representing a global network of premier destination management companies, hotels, airlines, convention bureaus and other travel related businesses.
The company was established in response to the growing demand for travel representation services in the Scandinavian market. Travel Collection acts as a local partner in world travel. The company assists the Scandinavian travel industry in the process from concept to reality when arranging meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events.
